Thank you for visiting, but as of December 2012, the Blue Lights have been permanently turned off.
After 10 years and over 10,000 donated toys, 2011 was the last year the 100,000 lights would glow over the skies of Athens. The house on Brickleberry is no longer my home and I don't have the means or location to put them up elsewhere. They were an immense part of my life and brought me so much happiness. I am so grateful for the thousands of people who visited and donated the toys which made Christmas brighter for so many children, and for me. Going out to empy the toy bin each night and seeing the donations that were given was one of the greatest joys I've known. Thank you all and Merry Christmas.
P.S. This site will remain up as a memorial to the lights.
